I heard Tarantino was going to cast ruben blades (i think it was him) in kill bill to get him back into the busisens (rodreiguz beat him to it). Maybe this is what he is doing with the actors mentioned (if it's true) As for the pulp fiction reference Maybe another film in the Vega brothers series
