The first trailer for Creed, the forthcoming film directed by Ryan Coogler, has arrived online!
The film stars Michael B. Jordan as Adonis Creed, son of Rocky’s longtime boxing rival and friend, Apollo Creed (Carl Weathers). Adonis is following in his father’s footsteps, and he wants Rocky to help train him. Sylvester Stallone reprises his role as the legendary Philly boxer.
With the same flair Coogler brought to Fruitvale Station, Creed captures the gritty realism of the original Rocky, and adds a whole new dimension of intensity. Creed arrives in theaters November 25.

The movie Creed looks like it will be great. I can never tell you how much the Rocky series has meant to my life. I know critics and comics would rip another addition of it, but the people like me who understand the art of it would support it and you with all our hearts. God bless you on your future endeavors, and thank you for such an inspiring character that hits you in the soul.

I followed you since childhood, I've seen all your movies. I first saw Rambo in VHS when I was 5 with my father; He chartered your movies for me in VHS when we had the recorder in my old house as a child. and from there I grew up always hoping one day to meet you. and now that you're finally in Italy, in Venice for your holidays, I am forced to not be able to come there. "A W E S O M E!" "R o c k y" returns to the 'Silver Screen' to keep things going in a new Generation, "CREED" which we wouldn't have if Sly hadn't been Brilliant enough to write "Rocky" & the Others. Unbelievable trailer! I'm a big fan of the 'Rocky' movies and Stallone's works (in general). I've seen all of his movies (with the exception of 'The Lords of Flatbush', 'Paradise Alley', and 'Reach Me'). I'm really looking forward to 'Creed', and although I don't go to the cinemas regularly, who would turn down a chance to see one of Sly's movies?. I also saw Michael B. Jordan in 'Fruitvale Station', so I'm very optimistic and excited about this movie.
